The main take-away from this exercise is that I need to focus on sewing all new summer shirts, five 3-season casual shirts, and seven work shirts. The work shirts have to be a priority, followed by the casual shirts for autumn and winter.
There are plenty of other things I need to make, but I have reliable patterns for shirts so the only output is fabric and time.
For work camisoles, I have started trying to make a camisole out of the same fabric as my work shirt, particularly if the fabric is either silky or a knit. I like a unified wardrobe and I prefer my camisoles to be substantial enough that I could wear them alone and all but my bra straps would be hidden.
