I took 3.25 inches away from the drafted sleeve length. The sleeve feels too short and looks about a half inch too short, but I don't know if that's because I'm used to sleeves that are too long. From a functional stand point, I think these are as long as they can be if I don't want to get them wet when washing my hands.
I don't know how everything else can match up, but the hem doesn't fall straight across a line. Oh, well. Can't have it all on a learning piece. Maybe it's because of how I cut the back shoulder seam, which affected the side seams?
These photos really drive home how different colors are on a monitor. The stripes look teal here, but almost green in real life.
I'm not sure how I feel about all the ease at the wrist hem, either.
The nice thing about this size is that, while it shows shape, it doesn't highlight my expanded stomach. That's exactly what I want in a shirt, especially for work.
